سیاست حریم خصوصی اتصال Google Calendar در سامانهٔ PMworks

این صفحه توضیح می‌دهد ماژول «همگام‌سازی Google Calendar» در سامانهٔ مدیریت داخلی PMworks (متعلق به شرکت مشاوران تدبیرپرداز آویژه) با داده‌های Google شما چه می‌کند. این ماژول فقط برای همکاران و کارکنان خود شرکت است.
چه داده‌ای دریافت می‌شود؟
نشانی ایمیل حساب Google شما، فقط برای نمایش اینکه کدام حساب وصل شده است.
فهرست تقویم‌های شما (نام و شناسه)، فقط برای اینکه خودتان یکی را برای همگام‌سازی انتخاب کنید.
رویدادهای همان یک تقویمی که خودتان انتخاب می‌کنید (عنوان، توضیح، تاریخ و ساعت). به تقویم‌های دیگر شما دست زده نمی‌شود.
داده برای چه کاری استفاده می‌شود؟
فقط برای اینکه رویدادهای تقویم کاری شما در تقویم سامانهٔ PMworks دیده شود و برعکس، رویدادهایی که در سامانه برای شما ثبت یا به شما ارجاع می‌شود در Google Calendar شما بنشیند و یادآوری کار برایتان فعال شود. از داده برای تبلیغات، فروش، پروفایل‌سازی یا آموزش مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی استفاده نمی‌شود.
داده کجا نگهداری و با چه کسی به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شود؟
داده فقط در سامانهٔ داخلی PMworks (سرور خود شرکت) نگهداری می‌شود. توکن‌های دسترسی Google به‌صورت رمزشده ذخیره می‌شود.
رویدادهای همگام‌شده برای همکارانی که در سامانه به همان رویداد ارجاع شده‌اند و برای مدیران سامانه قابل مشاهده است. به هیچ شخص یا شرکت بیرونی فروخته، اجاره یا منتقل نمی‌شود.
الزامات سیاست داده‌های کاربران Google
استفاده و انتقال اطلاعاتی که از APIهای Google دریافت می‌کنیم به هر برنامهٔ دیگر، با «سیاست داده‌های کاربران سرویس‌های Google API» (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) و از جمله الزامات «استفادهٔ محدود» (Limited Use) مطابقت دارد.
قطع دسترسی و حذف داده
در سامانه از «گوگل کلندر من ← قطع اتصال» اتصال را قطع کنید؛ توکن‌ها حذف و دسترسی در Google لغو می‌شود.
همچنین می‌توانید در myaccount.google.com/permissions دسترسی «PMworks Calendar Sync» را بردارید.

This page explains how the “Google Calendar Sync” module of PMworks’ internal management system (operated by Moshaveran Tadbirpardaz Avizeh, brand PMworks) handles your Google data. The module is intended only for PMworks employees and staff.
Data we access
The email address of your Google account – only to show which account is connected.
The list of your calendars (name and ID) – only so you can pick one calendar to synchronize.
Events (title, description, date and time) of the single calendar you choose. Your other calendars are not touched.
How we use it
Solely to show the events of your work calendar inside PMworks’ calendar and, in the other direction, to place events assigned to you in PMworks into your Google Calendar and to trigger task reminders. We do not use the data for advertising, sales, profiling, or to train AI models.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored only in PMworks’ own internal system on the company’s server. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.
Synchronized events are visible to colleagues to whom the same event is assigned and to system administrators. Data is never sold, rented, or transferred to outside parties.
Google API Services User Data Policy
PMworks’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
Use “My Google Calendar → Disconnect” in the system: tokens are deleted and access is revoked at Google.
You can also remove “PMworks Calendar Sync” at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
